Grown organically and shade grown in the Caranavi region of Bolivia, at an altitude of 1400-1600 meters above sea level. The bean varietals are a mix of Tipica, Caturra, Catuai and Icatu. The beans are de-pulped and washed with local river water and dried on wooden raised beds. Flavor notes are a light chocolate, almond, vanilla, with a light lemony citrus under layer. This have been my all time favorite coffee, its smooth, pleasant, elegant, classic Bolivian profile that doesn’t disappoint.
